IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU PURCHASE DRY ICE.. 10LBS FOR EVERY 2 DAYS OF SHIPPING. ICE WILL KEEP PRODUCTS FROZEN OR ATLEAST COOL UNTIL IT ARRIVES PLEASE BE ADVISED DRY ICE WILL EVAPORATE. Bulk orders & All other orders to be shipped are fulfilled in the order they are received please allow 5-7 Business days when your comes up in the que to be made. All Shipping is done the following Monday after your 5-7 day window
Shipping Policy Is feeding raw meat harmful because of bacteria? Any time you're handling raw meat you want to make sure you wash hands clean surfaces ect. To answer the question NO remember dogs are natural scavengers and are well equipped to handle bacteria. Their saliva has antibacterial properties ( have you ever heard someone say if you get a wound let your dog lick it?) their short digestive tract and powerful digestive juices are designed to eliminate food and kill bacteria rapidly. It is more likely processed food will make your dog ill with the many of the major brands having recalls often.
How far in advance should I place my order? We ask all customers to place their orders one week in advance from when they are low on food or want it shipped. We currently only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays & Wednesdays if it's a one day shipment. We typically try to get all orders out as quickly as possible, however it depends on the order size and when we receive your order. How do you ship your products? We ship all our products frozen in insulated boxes with dry ice. We limit our boxes to 48lbs so we can have enough room to ensure the dry ice fits. IF any or our products arrive thawed or starting to defrost, this is PERFECTLY fine and SAFE. You don't need to worry or freak out. It's perfectly safe to thaw and refreeze pet food.
Do you charge extra for dry ice and shipping? The cost of dry isn't included, however it's suggested you purchase to keep shipments froze or atleast cool. Packaging is included in the shipping rates. No hidden fees or cost. If you would like to purchase additional dry ice feel free.
My package is delayed now what ?Occasionally for reasons out of our control packages get delayed during transit. Normally this isn't cause for major concern due to the coolant in the box as long as it's just 24 hours delayed. If your package is being delayed, please make sure to contact UPS immediately1 (800) 742-5877to alert them your package is perishable and needs to be delivered ASAP. Also you can reach out to us so we can look into the matter and get back with you with an update.
Additional Shipping & delivery Fees? Please note most orders will take a week possibly less to process. We strongly recommend you place your order by Saturday night. We ship West coast orders Mondays which takes 4-5 days transit time unless express shipping is selected. Eastern and Midwest orders will be shipped Monday or Tuesday. Orders in Florida will be shipped Mon-Wen. Local deliveries within 30 miles will have a $20.00 flat fee delivered by one of our employees.
Refund Policy? Due to the perishable nature of our products we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the item is shipped, delivered or has left the premises.
I just received my order damaged? This is a rare occurrence however it happens, in the event it does. immediately take a picture of then damaged box/package be sure to contact us no later than 24hrs after receiving the package, send us the picture via email at bamrawdiet@gmail.com you can file a claim with the carrier.
