Here @ BAM! Raw Diets we pride ourselves in customer service and the quality of our product. Each order is hand made and perishable. Once your order is placed, shipped and you have received your tracking number the responsibility is no longer BAMs. There will be no refunds or exchanges provided due to the perishable nature. Please keep track of your products and call the shipper if your shipment is delayed greater than 24hrs. Also please be advised if you're on the West Coast it is SUGGESTED that you choose and express shipping option. Shipments should be placed one week prior to the week you need it. Shipments go out Monday for West Coast orders, Monday or Tuesday for Midwest and Eastern orders, and Florida orders Mon-Wen. Shipments include insulated boxes and dry ice if purchased. If your product arrived thawed or thawing place it in the freezer dog food can be refroze. However if there is an error on our part we will reship the product please give 7-10 days thanks for choosing BAM!
