Here @ BAM! Raw Diets we pride ourselves in customer service and the quality of our product. Each order is hand made and perishable. Once your order is placed, shipped and you have received your tracking number the responsibility is no longer BAMs. Please keep in mind when placing an order COVID 19 delays may occur. There will be no refunds provided please keep track of your products and call the shipper. However if there is an error on our part we will reship the procduct please give 7-10 days thanks for choosing BAM!
